Greg Cavlovic, Principal and President
With over 20 years of experience in the lighting, HVAC, and electrical industries, Greg Cavlovic has established himself as a transformative leader known for driving growth and delivering impactful solutions for clients. He has achieved sales revenues that many considered unattainable and has cultivated an extensive portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout his career. As the founder of one of the most successful energy divisions at a lighting agency in the U.S., Greg combines strategic vision with hands-on industry expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from California State University, Long Beach, which continues to influence his commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking solutions within the built environment.
Residing in Boise, Idaho, Greg is passionate about giving back to his community and supporting local charities. Outside of work, he enjoys being involved with his church, attending live music concerts, paddleboarding, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Paula Lopez Darce, Manager of Quotations & Customer Service
Paula Lopez Darce serves as our Manager of Quotations & Customer Service, bringing a strong background in operations, procurement coordination, and facilities planning. She plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by working closely with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and customers to coordinate pricing, product availability, lead times, purchase orders, project follow-up, and customer communication. Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Paula helps ensure projects and client needs are handled efficiently from start to finish. She is multilingual and is currently expanding her language skills by learning Korean.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys staying active, learning new things, and exploring the outdoors. On weekends, she can often be found hiking scenic trails while listening to audiobooks, spending time with her dogs, or taking bachata and salsa dance classes.
